DO YOU DELIVER OUTSIDE OF INDIA?

We deliver worldwide. Write to us at info@roadpowercustoms.com if you’d like to place an order. Please let us know what you want to order as well as your full address and we will give you a quotation for shipping. 

DO YOU HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE TO VISIT? 

Roadpower Customs is a online marketplace There is no such particular retail store to visit to see all the products. However you may drop by to pick your orders / for any installation of the product bought from us. If you would like to visit feel free to notify us in prior by calling us at our customer service number +91 74835 73674 and we will set you up with an appointment. 

WHAT IS YOUR ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY?

All orders including preorder/backorder cannot be cancelled after 24 hours irrespectively of it being unshipped/shipped.  We strive to provide efficient service, and after this period, orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled.

WHAT IS YOUR BACKORDER TIMELINE?

Cancellation of backorders is strictly prohibited. Once a backorder is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We are committed to fulfilling backorders promptly, but the timeline for fulfillment may vary. Depending on the product ordered, the fulfillment period can range from one week to 14 weeks. Please be aware that certain circumstances may cause delays, and fulfillment may take longer than our usual processing times. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to deliver your backordered items.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Returns will only be entertained if:

The product shipped to you does not match the order you placed, for example, wrong model, color, etc. The product we shipped to you is damaged in transit, is defective or if it is not the complete shipment. In both cases, you will be shipped a replacement product free of charge once the circumstances of the error have been verified. Please do remember that returns in these cases will only be accepted should the product be in proper condition, other than the damage in question. Once your product is received, we will check it to make sure that it meets all criteria and only then the replacement will be dispatched. In case some of the criteria for ‘proper condition’ are not met, charges might apply. If their is shortage of information please feel free to ask us before the purchase! Post purchase the sale is considered as final! And the customer is responsible to ship back the product and at customers own expense. The return shipping charges shall not be reimbursed and the customers understands the same and agrees the same. 

DO YOU OFFER WARRANTY ON YOUR PARTS?

Each manufacturer has different warranty policies. All warranties are as per the Manufacturers terms and conditions only. Roadpower Customs does not warranty the products that belong to other manufacturers, and does not guarantee or commit any timelines for the delivery of the warranty product. The manufacturer may repair or replace the product at their discretion.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

We strive to make sure that your order gets shipped right away. We have partnered with logistic providers such as FedEx, Aramex, Shree Maruti & India Post to make sure that your products reach you safely within time. 

Timeline:

Standard Shipping is a default shipping option that we provide for all our orders, however, if you would like your product to be shipped via urgent basis, then please let us know before you place your order, and we shall do the needful. Please provide us your Pincode while asking for express shipping for us to check availability to the desired pincode.

Please note that orders placed before 15.00 hrs leaves the same day. Orders placed post 16:00 on Saturday leaves on Monday only

Shipping Cost:

Please note that “shipping charges” are being charged by the logistic companies. We help by splitting the shipping cost with you so that you are not charged exorbitantly for shipping. We do not earn money by adding a shipping cost to your order. To uncomplicated things, we charge  shipping rate based on the size of our shipment & Delivery Pin-codes. 

FREE SHIPPING is only eligible on SELECTED PRODUCTS, Even though if your cart value is over 4999 INR and it contains some products which as big box then the logistic companies would charge as per VOLUMETRIC WEIGHT and not on actual scale weight, in such situation the shipping charges would be calculated during checkout.

International shipments:

We are more than happy to ship to any corner of the world, however, our current website may not provide us an option for taking your order from anywhere outside India. Please feel free to email us at info@roadpowercustoms.com if you need a product sent internationally. Our responsibility ends when we ship the products.
Roadpower Customs will not take responsibility for any local customs charges.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS YOU HAVE?

At checkout you can choose your payment method. We offer most online transactions including cards, UPI, Bank transfers, PayPal etc. If you like cash at checkout choose our "Bank details" which will share our bank account details with you and you could deposit cash in our account. We do not offer Cash on Delivery but you can deposit cash in our account if you would like to!  

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We accepts payment via PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer & Western Union. 

DOES ROADPOWER CUSTOMS OFFER DISCOUNT?

Very rare! Usually one sale a year happens during Black Friday, Stay in touch with us on our Facebook page and on our site to keep track. 

HOW DOES RPC OFFER CUSTOMER SERVICE/SUPPORT?

We offer customer service only over WhatsApp Messages and E-mails only. We do not offer customer service over any telephonic calls. The turnaround time may vary from 1 day to 10 days.
